El Taller provides consumer applications and digital products including MakeBDay, GoalQIA, SportEventz, and Quark Tales. Some products are live, others are in development. Features and availability may change as we iterate.

When you join a waitlist or subscribe to our newsletter, you agree to provide a valid email address. You can unsubscribe at any time. We reserve the right to remove invalid or abusive sign-ups.

All content, designs, code, and brand assets of El Taller and its products are owned by Pintor Project. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Quark Tales stories, including VIDOVDAN 6897, are protected by copyright. Purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license to read the content.

For products that allow user-generated content (photos in MakeBDay, game progress in Quark Tales), you retain ownership of your content. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to display it within the app as necessary for the service to function.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

- Service interruptions or downtime
- Data loss due to circumstances beyond our control
- Health outcomes from following GoalQIA recommendations — always consult a medical professional
- Results of decisions made in interactive stories

We may update these terms as our products evolve. Significant changes will be communicated via email to subscribers. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
